ANAHEIM – The Los Angeles Angels and Josh Hamilton may be in the initial stages of settling their own going problem, accord to Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal.

In a series of interesting tweet sent out early saturday morning, Rosenthal reports that the two sides are in talks aimed directly at resolving their dispute. Hamilton recent admitted relapse involving drugs and alcohol, seem the be the main scenario in which the Angels are not happy with. There are also scenarios being explored that would allow both the Angels and Hamilton to move on.

Among the options would be a trade, which would send Hamilton to any team that would be open for this transition, yet the Angels would eat up a good chunk of the $83 Million owed to Hamilton over the next three years.

Another option would be a buyout. According to the Major League Baseball Of Commission, they strongly disagree on any player should be bought out of a contract.

It is worth noting that a resolution between the Angels and Hamilton isn’t considered all that close at this point, but the more news following Hamilton and the Angels will slowly lead up to the decision. Angels owner Arte Moreno made it pretty clear that Hamilton wouldn’t be welcomed back. Even though the Angels are a very welcoming ball club.

Another source came up from Neal Leitereg on Twitter, showing that Hamilton has put his Crystal Cove home on the block.

For Hamilton’s sake, it may be the best scenario to get better as soon as possible, and try to play baseball again. Despite Angel teammates hoping for Hamilton to return as an Angel, the reports are coming as if Hamilton will never be an Angel again. More news to come following the latest information on Josh Hamilton.
