Some back story on the car accident which involved Mike Trout…

Trout was uninjured in the three-car crash on the 55 freeway in Santa Ana., Calif., that occurred at 7:48 p.m. PT, according to information provided by the California Highway Patrol in a statement to USA TODAY Sports. The woman in a Chevrolet Sonic suffered “major injuries” and was transported to Orange County Global Medical Center in Tustin.

After two days from the accident, Trout is back and ready to play some baseball.

Trout will be back in CF as he hopes to end the Angels season on a good note. Welcome back to the team safe and sound Trouty.
