When the Angels made the splash in the offseason by trading away Shortstop Erick Aybar and two prospects, for now SS Andrelton Simmons, some fans missed the long time Angel. When Aybar was traded away to the Braves, he struggled and it could be seen he missed being with his former halos.

Well, he has been traded once again, but he will be coming back to the american league. First reported by Jon Morosi,  acquire infielder Mike Aviles and catcher Kade Scivicque from  for Erick Aybar

Let’s hope former Angel Aybar could excel with the Tigers. A couple of months ago I wrote an article on the possible return of Aybar back to the Angels.

The good news about this trade is that Aybar could be coming back to Anaheim because of the american league matchups. If he stays on the Tigers, he will be reunited with his former teammates in late August as the Angels will be traveling to Detroit for a three game series.
